Wendy enjoys theatrical and commercial success, appearing in TV shows including ER, The West Wing, Gilmore Girls, Angel and many more. Favorite big screen credits include John Malkovich’s Art School Confidential and The Island directed by Michael Bay.

She has stepped into the art of filmmaking with Illumine Entertainment’s first film Beyond the Bridge which Wendy co-wrote and co-produced.  Beyond the Bridge, a dramatic short, won Best Suspense Short at the first film festival it ever played!

• Blackbelt in Shotokan Karate–taught for five years (her first day job in LA)
• She’s cycled from San Francisco to LA THREE times! (and raised more than $10,000 for the fight against AIDS in the process
• In her first triathalon, Wendy placed 9TH in her age group
• Wendy is certified in scuba diving and has been to the depths of the Bali Sea in Indonesia.
• Rollercoasters and skydiving are some of her favorite things.

She has faced the challenge of a life-threatening illness and can attest to overcoming it through embracing the opportunity to meet it, learn and grow.

For four years, Wendy was the Artistic Director for City at Peace, Los Angeles–a program that brings together a large, socio-economically diverse, cast of teens to combine social change with the performing arts.  The cast discovers what it means to live harmoniously in a culture that does not naturally celebrate differences. Each year this cast of fresh, new actors creates an original musical based on their lives–expounding the message they wish to speak to the world; publicly performing–acting, singing and dancing their ideas and desires for change.

Wendy is a workshop developer/instructor and a life-career coach too. Almost 20 years of earnestly studying and honing her skills as an actor and human being are the platform for much of what she offers in the IGNITE Your Career Goals and Success Workshop. Wendy has discovered that the power of who we show up to be, is reflected in our careers and relationships–our lives as a whole.

She has always been committed to seeking the answers to HOW one can be fulfilled and successful. Through this explorative attitude, she has discovered tools that have made her more successful, more fulfilled, more of who she is, and more of what she can offer this world.
